Our Staff is Waiting to Serve You!
The Higdon Florist staff is made up of several extremely talented florists who pour every ounce of passion into their work. With so many creative and beautiful arrangements to choose from, you might have to buy more than one!
Dave and Marcia Baker owned a successful flower shop in Denver, Colorado, before moving to Joplin and purchasing Higdon's in 2000. Dave and Marcia's passion is having the ability to fill the needs of their customers. They value each customer as a person, and strive to give the best service possible.
In addition to Dave and Marcia, Higdon employs eight other staff members, including friendly office personnel, talented designers, and courteous delivery drivers.
We have five excellent, experienced designers: Debbie, Diana, Jane, Linda, and Tammy. Each of our designers has owned a shop or been a shop manager somewhere in the country during their floral careers. Misty is here also to help you with any of your floral needs!
Johnny is our cook in the Hot Spot and makes potato soup and chicket tortilla soup from scratch every single day (Monday through Thursday).
To complete our staff, we have Scott and Meghan as our delivery drivers ready to serve you.
Together, the Higdon staff works hard to ensure every customer's order is filled to perfection. We want to beautify Joplin and make the people you love very happy!
